To confirm your order Yes Tiana Bakes require a non refundable 50% deposit.

The deposit is due within 7 days, upon receipt of these terms and conditions or the date may be given to the next client.

The order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 5 working days prior to your event. Your order will be cancelled if the final balance is not received unless arrangements have been made prior.

Our delicious products are created where they have or could have come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy, egg and other allergens. Please keep this in mind when completing your order.

All care is taken for delivery (if applicable)- however we are not liable for acts of god, road closures, or unforeseen incidents.

Yes, Tiana Bakes builds cakes to travel- instructions for transporting our cakes are included. Yes, Tiana Bakes cannot be held responsible for damage to the cake after the cake has left our premises.

It is the client's full responsibility to be careful with transporting their order, we will not provide refunds for damages. However we may be able to fix damages at an extra cost.

Yes, Tiana Bakes reserves the right to take photos of their work and use them for advertising purposes. This includes photos taken on site at venues. The photos may be used in advertising and on social media but only after the event has taken place.

Upon payment of deposit you are accepting all costs on the invoice, changes can be made within a reasonable time frame before the event. Please work with us if you wish to change anything. Reasonable period would be at least 15 working days prior to the event.

Any concerns about your orders general design must be raised straight away on collection. Once your order has been collected you agree that you are happy with it.

Cancellation Policy: - (unless otherwise negotiated)

All refunds are given as store credit, no cash refunds. We sell goods baked to order so we do not accept returns.

Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will be given in the (unlikely) event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are of unsatisfactory quality. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the quality of your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, refunds will be issued at our discretion and based upon the return of the cake. Unfortunately refunds will not be considered if the cake is not returned uneaten.

Due to the labour and ingredients that have gone into creating your cake we are not able to complete a refund if you cancel your order with less than (14) fourteen days notice.

Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE:

"A Force Majeure event shall be construed as meaning an event or sequence of events beyond our reasonable control preventing or delaying it from performing its obligations under the Ts & Cs including but not limited to; an act of God, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake; pandemic; other natural disasters"

In the event Yes, Tiana Bakes is unable to complete your order due to Force Majeure, any payment made for the order(s) affected shall be held in credit, for you to use on a future order; on a date that can be agreed to by both parties. The credit will be held by Yes, Tiana Bakes for a period of one year from the date of the original order(s) affected by the Force Majeure. Any credit held by Yes, Tiana Bakes, not used after a one year period, will be forfeit.

Yes, Tiana Bakes reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any point of time.

REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM AND ONLINE ORDERS

CUSTOM ORDERS

We sell goods baked to order so we do not accept returns. All refunds are given as store credit, no cash refunds.

CHANGE OF MIND (online shop orders)

If for some reason you have changed your mind we are able to do the following:

- Offer a store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date issued.

- A refund minus our administration fees. This includes any expenses not recoverable from your order, administration cost to reverse your order, and the charge fee from our website provider and the payment provider you used when your order was processed. The total administration fee comes to 10% of your total order.
